Gwyeth co-founded New Wave Capital and is responsible for acquisitions, financial modeling, equity and debt origination, asset and portfolio management, and integration of company systems and processes. Gwyeth has over six years of experience in commercial real estate investments.

Prior to New Wave Capital, Gwyeth founded Rustic Capital, a private equity investment company focusing on multifamily repositions and private debt.

He previously worked at an old Rockefeller Company performing domestic and international cost of living analyses. He then transitioned to investing and worked as a proprietary equity trader for multiple New York-based companies. Gwyeth has an economics degree from James Madison University and currently resides in Huntington, NY, with his wife and four sons.
